Automatic Transformer Copper Foil Winding Machine With Cold Pressure Welding BRJ200 is a special winding equipment for winding small size foil coils. This foil winding machine can handle one layer of copper or aluminium foil and one layer of insulation paper. This machine adopts cold pressure welding to weld foil and bus bar together. There is six sets of mold provided for welding different specifications of foil. It can weld different material, such as welding aluminium foil with copper bar.

2. Foil decoiler, one decoiler for foil material with ID 500mm and maximum OD 1000mm
3. Foil feeder, roller for feeding the foil
4. Pressing roller, for pressing the foil when the machine stops winding
